FAQs

When will I receive my mail?

All mail clubs are shipped by the 5th of each month. These are shipped using USPS and do not have tracking. Please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival. Contact me if you have not received your envelope by the 26th of the month!

How does payment work?

First time shoppers will be charged immediately upon sign-up. As an ongoing subscriber, you will be charged each month for subsequent renewals. You can cancel your subscription anytime by signing into your customer account.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! The Intentional mail club is perfect for your stationery loving, letter-writing friends. When you order a gift subscription, we’ll include a note with your personal message and an explanation of what they can expect to receive!

Shipping:

Shipping is free in the USA. International subscribers will be charged $2 for shipping.

Need to change something?

You may update your billing, shipping, credit card, and subscription by logging into your account. If you happen to forget your password, just email us hello@goldenhourpaper.com and we’ll make sure you have access to change your password or provide you with a temporary one.
