the Process
I. CONSULTATION
We’ll start with you sharing all about your wedding—your overall style and mood, color palette, any special details you want included and your budget. The more you can tell us, the better.
Feel free to send inspiration, photos, Pinterest boards—anything that helps us really understand what you’re drawn to and what you love.
To keep everything organized and make sure no details get missed, we do require all communication to be in writing via email. With so many moving parts, this helps us stay aligned and gives us something to reference as we bring your vision to life.
II. PROPOSAL
Once we have a clear direction on your wedding style and budget, I will send over a custom proposal for you. Our custom packages include a 4-piece invitation suite with luxury printing (letterpress or foil), with printed guest and return addressing, envelope liners, and all assembly. All other add-ons will be quoted a la carte so you can choose what add-ons are most meaningful to you.
After you’ve looked everything over and are ready to move forward, we’ll secure your spot with a 35% retainer and a contract will be emailed with a production timeline so everything stays on track.
III. DESIGN
After the retainer is paid and contract is signed, we’ll begin the creative process and send over your initial digital proof. Please allow 15–20 business days for this stage.
Your custom design includes unlimited rounds of revisions.
Once you’ve approved the final design, your order will move into production. At that point, we’ll send the final invoice for the remaining balance. Production typically takes about 2-3 weeks.
Once everything is printed and assembled, we carefully package your suites to ensure they arrive safely.
Please note: international orders outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon arrival. These are set by your country and are the client’s responsibility.

Our custom invitation clients invest between $3,000-$5,500. The quote proposals are based on the quantity needed, printing methods, materials, embellishments, and the overall complexity of the project.
